Built as a hunt camp/retreat cabin for the owners, this structure is located on barren Manitoulin Island, a hunter’s paradise.
Measuring 32′ x 40′, the one-and-a-half storey design covers 1798 ft.². It includes three bedrooms and a bathroom.
This design maximizes living and sleeping areas with added privacy for the sleeping area behind a solid interior log wall. A large open deck provides a great outdoor hangout area.
With its own wood supply available, the home had to include a wood burning fireplace. It will likely provide all the heat that’s ever needed during hunting season.
